Mistress 9 (or even Mistress Nine [same thing]) is from either Sailor Moon S and appears as an adult form of Hotaru Tomoe. She was actually Hotaru Tomoe or Sailor Saturn with a parasitical implant, which she had whenever Prof Tomoe was bargaining for her life. She sole appears whilst Hotaru loses conssciousness. She regained a power to Hotaru Tomoe fallowing Prof Tomoe pleaded & Sailor Moon gave her compassion, destroying Mistress 9 & becoming Sailor Saturn.

About Her
Her master is purportedly Pharaoh 90, & she is supposed to give a Purity Chalice thereto existence and so he can came to the planet of Globe and clean ugly items. However, while she had it from either Sailor Moon, Hotaru, therefore to speak, was however around there. So, whilst around above, she gets ruined when Hotaru transforms into Sailor Saturn for the "first"Period.
